This hotel in Tivoli Terme offers excellent value for money. The rooms are clean, smart, and well-maintained, with balconies that provide a nice touch. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel's location in a residential area behind a shopping complex adds a unique charm.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

It was only convenient because we needed to break up our drive from Tuscan down to the Amalfi Coast. The staff was very friendly, but other than that I do not recommend.
Not in a great neighborhood.

The hotel is quite all right for one night´s stay. No problem to park the car outside the hotel. Nice staff.
Nothing really about the hotel, but the town though had no restaurants, only places to grab a pizza or cake (which we don´t fancy). And there was a nasty smell in the morning, but it was coming the the thermal baths in town, not from the hotel itself, we were told.

Stayed here for Christmas. Room was clean. Breakfast was average, but they did have fresh fruit and decent coffee. Location was good, close to main attractions. Free parking was a plus.
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had many questions and requests and they seemed annoyed every time we approached them.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. The room was extremely comfortable and it was in a quiet area.
Breakfast was a bit poor in choice.

I recently had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Tivoli Terme, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Secondly, the location, tucked away in a residential area behind a shopping complex, offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and I particularly loved the balconies overlooking the surrounding area. It was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
My experience at this hotel was absolutely delightful. All aspects were spot on, with no room for improvement.

The hotel was clean with modern facilities within a 10 minute walk to the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was more than adequate.
The street the hotel is located in is fine, but the walk to the nearby station involves walking through a slightly intimidating area, especially at night as the area is poorly lit.

The staff here must be the most helpful, friendly and accommodating in Italy! Rooms are modern and clean; breakfast good. Again, the staff make this hotel a wonderful srprise.
Location is a bit awkward but not seriously difficult. Staff are able to recommend nearby restaurants which will offer a discount for hotel guests.

The rooms were large with a large private bathroom. Everything was very clean with great lighting day and night. Rooms are cleanly furnished with a large closet, desk and little tv. Air conditioning worked really well. The breakfast was also good and very typical for an italian breakfast. We were worried about parking but there was a spot right in front of the hotel.
A little difficult to find the street. Located in a residential area and a far walk to a restaurant.

We stayed in this hotel during our trip and had a good experience overall. The best aspects of our stay were the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities, which were well-maintained. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, situated not far from the local thermal area and in a residential area that ensured a quiet night's sleep.
Can’t think of anything.

Friendly personel. New, clean rooms. Correct price for correct service. Close to Rome ( with the underground) and to the Villa d'este and other villas in the surroundings (15Min drive).
Immediate neighbourhood is not optimal.
